If you have answered ‘Yes’ to any of the above questions, you will need to speak to a member of our team prior to booking your appointment as you may not be suitable for some of our treatments.
Please note: For PMU some skins will not retain the crispness of a hair stroke and some skins may require more retouches than others. We will not carry out work that we feel is inappropriate or work with clients whose expectations we feel we cannot manage.
Most people are suitable for some form of Permanent Makeup or Aesthetics treatment and our expert team will create a tailored treatment plan for you.
If you aren’t sure if you are suitable or which treatments to book, we offer free in-person consultations.
During these consultations we will explore with you which treatments will suit you best. This is a one-to-one consultation includes a discussion of your desired results and expectations and any features you wish to correct or balance.
Permanent Makeup can last for several years but this is dependent on several factors including skin type, sun exposure and lifestyle.
Whilst Permanent Makeup is ‘low maintenance’ it is not ‘no maintenance’. Polly Vincent recommends a colour refresher treatment every twelve to eighteen months to maintain perfect results.

All procedures are performed with your comfort in mind and our artists will do everything possible to minimise any pain or discomfort.
For this reason, anaesthetic gel is applied prior to treatment (for most treatments).

Your treatment plan will be agreed with you before we begin and any Permanent Makeup will be carefully drawn on in pencil before we begin tattooing for you to review, change and finally approve.

The equipment used is the latest & most technologically advanced. Like medical equipment, permanent cosmetic & aesthetic equipment is safe by design against cross contamination. All needles are single use only & device parts are autoclavable. All equipment selected & used by Polly Vincent and her team is fully inspected by the Health and Safety executive & complies with all Health and Safety requirements.

At your consultation our Artists will take the time to understand your desired results and create a bespoke treatment plan to help you reach your beauty goals.
They will explain the different treatments available, the procedure and the expected results. Everything will be noted down so that when you are ready to book in for your treatment they have everything that they need!
Following the right post-procedural aftercare advice is so important if you want long-lasting, beautiful results.
